For inquiries regarding my availability, please email me at info@photographydelicate.com with your wedding date and venue. If we are available on your chosen date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% and a signed contract are required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to your wedding.
I am located in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and all of my wedding packages include travel within a 100km radius. For venues located further than this, a charge of R5 per kilometer will apply. If the venue is more than a 2-hour drive away, we kindly request one night’s accommodation. Should flights be necessary, we ask for two nights’ accommodation and a standard rental car to be provided.

In the event of illness or injury, I will arrange for another photographer to cover your wedding on my behalf. I will carefully select this photographer based on their style, personality, and experience to ensure their work aligns with my own. However, I will personally handle all editing of your photos.

Yes, I kindly request that meals be provided for both myself, my videographer and my second shooter (if applicable). For the sake of time efficiency, I would appreciate it if we could be served either before or alongside the bridal couple.
